This page says what an AI assistant may do with public information, and what a person must do themselves.
What an assistant may do
AI agents and assistants may browse, read, and compare our public information. They may help a person prepare a prescription transfer by gathering the current pharmacy name and phone.
What an assistant may not do
An assistant may not create an account, sign in, submit health information or ID, submit a transfer, intake, or assessment, or message a pharmacist unless the person gives an explicit go-ahead for that specific action. The person must complete identity and consent steps themselves. Automated access to sign-in, intake, and patient areas is not permitted.
Emergencies
Call 911 in an emergency. Do not use an assistant for urgent symptoms.
